Welcome to the KDA Fall 2024 Viewing Page. I really loved meeting all the dancers and we could not have asked for more beautiful light. I’m so excited to share the final images with you!
Towards the bottom of the page you’ll see a link to a gallery of the images but first, take a minute to look at a couple important details:
Order Deadlines
monday Nov 25th: Print orders
All print orders must be made by midnight on Monday November 25th. This allows me to place orders at the same time and deliver images to the studio free of any shipping charges.
Monday dec 2nd: digital orders
Gallery closes at midnight on Monday, December 2nd. Please make all digital orders before then for both individual dancer images and group images. Please also download all images before that deadline. As long as you have viewed the gallery at least once, you will get reminder emails from me about all deadlines.
Group Photos
The group images are only available for purchase as prints. No digital images of the group portraits will be sold. Group photos are found in a separate Group Photo Gallery as seen in the link below.

Your email is required to open the gallery so that your shopping cart can be saved between viewings and to make sure that you receive updates and reminders about order deadlines.
The individual dancer’s albums in the gallery are password protected for the privacy of all dancers and their families. Please refer to the recent email from me for your dancer’s unique access code.

FAQ
How many pictures will I see?
Each dancer will have a gallery of anywhere from 8-11 poses/portraits in both color and black & white. You can choose to order one or all.
What are the order deadlines?
Monday November 25th - Print order deadline. All print orders, including orders for group photos, must be placed before midnight on this day.
Monday December 2nd - Final day for digital image orders. All final orders must be placed and all digital images must be downloaded. The gallery will be closed at midnight on this day. There may be a $10 fee to re-open the gallery for late orders.
What about the Group Photos?
The Group Photos are available for purchase as prints only (8x10, 2 - 5x7s or 4 - 4x5s). Group portraits are not sold as digital images which is why they are in a separate gallery for viewing and ordering.
How do I order?
All orders are completed online through a professional and secure site. If you have trouble with the site, please just reach out to me at photography@maggiemcc.com
How do I crop a photo for prints?
All photos can be cropped before checkout. Once you have chosen an image and clicked “Buy Photo”, you will see all the options for ordering. Choose the print size that you would like. On the right, you will see the photo with a preview of the crop. If you would like to adjust, click on “Edit Crop” just below that preview image. Please be sure to double check all crops before placing an order.
How do I order digital images?
To order digital images for your dancer, please click on the image that you would like to purchase. In the upper right hand corner, click on the “Buy Photo” button. You can now see all of the options for purchase. You will now see three options with the first being “Digital Media.” You can choose either the Single Full Resolution for $40 or Full Resolution for All Album photos for $199. The total number of photos in your album will be displayed just below the All Album photos item. Choosing the All Album photos option for $199 means that you are purchasing all of the images in both color and black & white that are currently in that dancer’s album. If you are choosing 3 images for $99, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
How are digital images delivered?
Once you have completed checkout, you will be sent an email with a link to download all images purchased. Because the files are large, they will download initially as a zip file so please download this to a computer and not a mobile device. Please download all images before midnight on the day the gallery closes. A fee of $10 will be required in order to reopen the gallery for additional downloads.
How are prints delivered?
Print orders will be delivered to the studio approximately 2-3 weeks after the order deadline for easy pickup or distribution.
I purchased the digitals and printed at a different printer. Why do they look different?
Color and light can be a tricky thing in photography. Every device reads and displays color just a little differently. This is why the images may look slightly different on your cell phone than they do on a computer. This is true with printers as well. My images are calibrated so that I can guarantee that the printer I work with will print them exactly as I see them. Other printers will “read” the color information in the image just a little differently so they may end up printing lighter or darker or more red or more yellow, etc. I can only guarantee color and quality of prints that have been ordered directly through me for this reason.
Do you offer retouching?
Each image chosen for the gallery will be edited and slightly retouched as needed before being ready to view. No scars, freckles, or other birthmarks will be touched but if a pesky bug landed in your dancer’s hair, that will be removed before viewing. If additional or more extensive retouching is requested (such as stray hairs or large bruises), there are options in the ordering gallery to choose what you need for an additional fee.
